The Assistant Team Leader supports store cleanliness, organization, customer service, and team engagement. Under the Store Team Leader's guidance, they assist with supervision, merchandising, paperwork, and cash handling, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and asset protection.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and assist customers.
• Support a customer-first store culture and model product knowledge.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation.
• Help with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and employee compliance.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, and display according to guidelines.
• Maintain financial integrity through cash handling and deposit procedures.
• Assist in store management in the absence of the Store Team Leader.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year retail experience, 6+ months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand/walk frequently, and perform physical tasks.

• Fast-paced environment with frequent standing, bending, and lifting.
• Exposure to scents, weather, cleaning products, and noise.
• Requires reliable transportation for bank deposits and store coverage.
