• Prepare meat products according to established standards; cut boneless meat products and maintain product quality standards
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
• Ensure commitment to operational excellence, maintain work area according to company policies and procedures
• Secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise; eliminate waste; assist members with purchasing decisions; ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored
• Act as a talent ambassador by modeling high‑quality service and products; execute basics at the highest possible level of quality; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; apply them in executing business processes and practices
