• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry (3+ years of store management experience required).
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others.
• Exhibits a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constant movement, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Compensation

Compensation for this role ranges from $52,100.00 - $86,800.00 annually, varying with experience and qualifications.
