Overview
Domino's Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our thousands of stores worldwide. As a manager, you will be responsible for overall store performance, ensuring top quality food, customer service, cost control, and a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff. The role offers fun, challenging work and the opportunity for growth across the company.
ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
- Staffing and scheduling

- Cost controls and cash management
- Food management and preparation
- Maintain a consistent work schedule
- Ensure store image and adherence to standards
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain attendance and punctuality
- Arrange transportation to/from work
- Keep store cleanliness and safety
- Implement marketing initiatives
- Drive profitability and growth
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Accurate monetary change handling
- Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for order processing
- Motor coordination to carry out rapid, precise movements
- Computer keyboard or touchscreen operation
General job duties for all store team members include:
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
Training will be provided on the job.
Communication skills:
- Write clear instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person
Job Duties
- Deliver product by car and to customer doors
- Deliver flyers and door hangers
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery
- Read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area
- Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other sites while carrying product
Work may involve the following physical activities and exposures.
- Standing, walking, and biking across the store and to delivery vehicles
- Walking up to 5+ flights of stairs during delivery
- Carrying, pushing, pulling, and loading delivery cases up to 50 lb.
- Bending, stooping, and reaching (up to 72") repeatedly throughout the day
- Exposed to varying temperatures, fumes from food odors, and cornmeal dust
- Handling hot surfaces and sharp edges during food preparation
All duties are performed under time pressure and with a high volume of customer and internal communication.
