- Coordinate recruitment, training, ongoing education, and assignments for hospice volunteers.
- Implement necessary actions to ensure program standards meet regulatory or certification bodies and company pillars.
- Meet with patients, caregivers, families, and hospice team to coordinate patient care‑related volunteer assignments.
- Assign volunteers to appropriate activities, monitor reports from volunteers and bring urgent items to the attention of the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and timely volunteer activity care plan documentation in the electronic medical record system in compliance with federal and state standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications- CPR Certified.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and ability to learn multiple applications.
- Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a healthcare environment.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proven management and leadership skills.
Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour for full‑time employment. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
