W.A. Randolph, Inc., a leading general contractor, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team. This position plays a pivotal role in the preconstruction phase, driving accurate estimates and strategies for project success. You will manage budgets, analyze project scopes, and work closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure optimal project outcomes.

Responsibilities- Develop project GMP through accurate quantity take-offs and subcontractor pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
- Lead preconstruction activities, including budgeting and bid preparations.
- Conduct on-site visits to verify project progress and validate estimates.
- Maintain and expand cost databases and subcontractor resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field (required).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off software, MS Office Suite, and cost analysis.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Pay: $130,000 - $175,000 annually, based on experience.

- Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
