W.A. Randolph, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from initiation to completion. This role is vital to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our high standards of quality and safety. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing budgets, coordinating subcontractors, and navigating project milestones.

Responsibilities- Develop and manage accurate cost estimates and project budgets.
- Solicit subcontractors, ensuring comprehensive bid coverage.
- Oversee contracting, procurement, and project administration tasks.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, safety codes, and building standards.
- Coordinate project milestones, change orders, and weekly progress reports.
- Lead project closeouts, including pre-punch lists, final inspections, and closeout documentation.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction, or civil engineering (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to be physically present on job sites as needed.
- Pay: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience.
- Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 per year
- Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, and retirement.
- Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Travel: Required 10%-25% of the time.
