This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Business Development Representative, located in Gurnee, IL. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating quality leads, and building strong client relationships. Day‑to‑day tasks include lead generation, managing a sales pipeline, engaging with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

This role plays a critical part in expanding the organization’s reach and contributing to SERVPRO® Team Olson’s mission of delivering trusted restoration and reconstruction services.

• Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Sales and Business Development with a proven ability to develop client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet goals
• Previous experience in restoration services, facilities management, or related industries is a plus
• Understanding of sales strategies and familiarity with CRM software is beneficial
