The RoleThe Sales Growth Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing market penetration and strengthening our strategic partnership with Lowe’s. The role will analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and optimize existing sales channels. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, marketing, product development, and customer service is essential in creating cohesive growth initiatives and enhancing customer engagement.
Reports to the Director, National Accounts – Sales.
- Help develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the Lowe’s account.
- Identify new product placement, promotional opportunities, and category expansion initiatives.
- Improve forecasting accuracy.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Purpose Built Brands and Lowe’s inventory teams.
- Build strong relationships across merchandising, marketing, and supply chain functions.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and recommend actions to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Manage trade spend and promotional budgets effectively.
- Partner with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure flawless execution of programs.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and Lowe’s strategic priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or business development within retail or CPG.
- Proven success managing large retail accounts (Lowe’s experience strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data analysis and market research.
- Ability to travel as needed to Charlotte supporting Lowe’s (approx. 20–30%).
$104,000-$127,000
