Team Leaders – EV Fleet Deployment (L5 Vans & 2W)

Gudz is expanding its   electric mobility and logistics operations   across NCR, and we’re looking for   hands-on Team Leaders   to manage   L5 EV van rentals   and   electric 2-wheeler (2W) deployments   in key zones.
This is a   field-driven operations role   for people who know how to manage   vehicles, riders, and partners on-ground  .
Our riders are deployed with leading organizations such as  Zepto, Blinkit, Country Delight, City Mall, Deal Share  , and others. Some riders also rent and ride independently under our   pure rental model  . The Team Leaders we’re hiring will be responsible for ensuring smooth deployment and operations across these partner locations.

What you’ll do:

Deploy and manage   L5 EV vans   on rental / lease models
Drive   2W rental utilization   for delivery and logistics partners
Manage local drivers, riders, and fleet partners
Ensure   90%+ fleet uptime   and minimum idle vehicles
Handle breakdowns, servicing coordination, and replacements
Own daily operations, reporting, and asset accountability
Who should apply:
2–5 years experience in   logistics, fleet, or transport operations
Strong on-ground knowledge of   Gurgaon / West Delhi / Noida
Comfortable managing   people + vehicles + daily ops
EV, rental, or last-mile experience is a plus
