Formulation Chemist (Skincare, Haircare & Sunscreens)

We are looking for a  Senior Formulation Chemist  who doesn’t just make formulas — but  builds products that scale, sell, and survive real markets .
If you have worked on  skincare, haircare, or sunscreens  and understand  performance, stability, cost, and compliance , this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Develop  high-performance formulations  across skincare, haircare, body care & sunscreens
Work on  modern UV filters, actives, textures, and sensorial systems
Handle  bench → pilot → commercial scale-up  independently
Optimize formulas for  cost, stability, and global compliance (India, EU, etc.)
Support  client trials, reformulations, and troubleshooting
Collaborate closely with  production, QC, and sourcing teams

What We’re Looking For
1 to 10 years  of hands-on formulation experience
Strong expertise in  emulsions, gels, surfactant systems, and actives
Sunscreen experience (SPF / PA / UV filters)  is a big plus
Comfortable with  raw material substitution, cost optimization, and scale-up issues
Practical mindset — you know what works in the factory, not just on paper
Good documentation and communication skills
