Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Jewellery Consultant to deliver a refined, consultative in-store experience and assist clients in selecting engagement rings and fine jewellery. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to confidently handle premium, high-value purchases from consultation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with personalized jewellery consultations
Understand client needs, occasions, and budgets to recommend suitable designs
Present and explain natural diamonds , craftsmanship, and customization options
Drive individual sales targets in a premium, high-ticket retail environment
Build trust and manage the complete customer journey from inquiry to final purchase
Maintain consistent follow-ups on leads, trials, and pending decisions
Support store visual standards and ensure a luxury customer experience
Record accurate client details, interactions, and orders in CRM
Coordinate with backend teams for customization updates and delivery timelines
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in jewellery, luxury, fashion, bridal, or premium retail sales
Strong communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage confidently with premium clientele
Interest in diamonds, jewellery styling, and customer consultation
Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
Basic familiarity with CRM systems, billing tools, and Whats App client communication
