Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized styling advice to customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable outfits
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure VM standards are maintained on the floor
Assist in stock management and replenishment
Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
Maintain grooming and brand presentation standards
Key Requirements
1–5 years of experience in fashion retail or luxury retail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good understanding of fabrics, fits, and current trends
Sales-driven mindset with customer-first approach
Well-groomed and confident personality
Flexible to work in shifts and weekends
