Description:
This full-time on-site role for a Production Merchandiser in Gurgaon involves managing the entire order process for our retail stores, ensuring smooth operations for both ready-to-wear and custom-made products. Responsibilities include coordinating with production teams, sourcing materials, maintaining strong supplier and client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality garments.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end order process for retail stores
• Coordinate with production teams and suppliers
• Source and procure materials
• Analyze sales and inventory data
• Drive product and category growth
• Prepare production and inventory reports
Qualifications:
• 3+ years in fashion merchandising, focusing on couture, menswear, and embroidery
• Strong understanding of garment construction and production
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in managing product categories and driving sales growth
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in English
Salary: 30k-70k/month
