Senior Analyst- Clinical Research

What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

• Pharma business research and CI support:
Define problem statement and initial hypothesis; designing an optimal research approach with a mix of research techniques (e.g., primary/secondary/basic modeling)

• Should be able to structure and present data and results using relevant frameworks

• Ability to arrive at key messages/highlight addressing key objectives as summary of results

• Conduct in-depth searches on secondary sources with a good understanding of standard industry databases, and information resources.

• Active participation & contribution in team discussions on project specific areas

• Ability to conduct effective project readouts for the client

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience in Pharma/Biotech related competitive and clinical research projects, including preparing detailed therapy area landscape reports (covering technical and commercial aspects), regular monitoring of competitive space, etc.

• Experience in secondary market research and CI reports covering areas such as company profiling, product portfolio assessment, pipeline analysis, clinical trial analysis, MoA analysis, deals tracking etc.

• Primary research skills including KOL identification, questionnaire preparation, interviews and insights gathering skills Ability to understand project requirements, identify the right sources for data gathering and execute delivery of assigned task with high quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience handling industry standard public databases/ data sources like Clinical trials.gov, Pubmed, FDA website, EMA website; and/or paid databases like Citeline, Evaluate Pharma, Pharma Tell, etc.

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to practice attentive and active listening

• Respect for time and ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner

• Ability to identify pro-active ways to contribute to the firm’s goals & mission
