What You’ll Drive
Lead strategic direction, delivery, and growth across key client groups
Champion brand storytelling with creative, strategic, and media integration
Inspire and mentor cross-functional teams—cultivating the next wave of leaders
Define account vision, success metrics, and transformation roadmaps
Grow business organically and identify new opportunities for revenue and innovation
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior clients and internal leadership
Oversee team resourcing, wellbeing, and performance with care and precision
Build the agency’s reputation through thought leadership, work quality, and vision

What You Bring
7-8 years of experience in Account Management (preferably within digital/creative/ integrated agencies)
Proven success leading large, integrated teams and managing complex accounts
Strategic thinking backed by business acumen, financial ownership, and client growth experience
Confidence in working with C-level stakeholders, internal and external
Advanced use of tools like GenAI, Meta Business Suite, and project management platforms to scale strategy and drive smarter delivery
A strong POV on what’s next—across culture, tech, media, and the evolving brand-consumer relationship
A purpose-led, people-first mindset—someone who inspires belief, clarity, and forward momentum
