Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Insights:  Assist in the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategic roadmap. You will conduct deep-dive research into industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide actionable insights for leadership.
Operational Excellence:  Proactively identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives. You will assess potential risks to program goals and develop creative solutions to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Project Management:  Lead special projects and handle ad-hoc requests that fall between functional silos. You will be responsible for setting priorities across cross-functional groups to ensure resources are used effectively.
Internal Communications:  Manage the flow of information across the organization. You will ensure that all departments are aligned, informed, and working toward shared objectives.

Collaboration:

Act as a culture champion by fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.

What you’ll need

Experience:

3–4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment. Direct experience in a high-growth  startup  is highly preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required;  MBA preferred .
Technical

Skills:

Advanced proficiency in  MS Excel  (data analysis/modeling) and  MS PowerPoint  (storytelling/presentations). You should have a proven ability to learn and apply new technologies and tools quickly.
Project Leadership:  Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion.
Communication:  Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Mindset:  A "get it done" attitude. You are proactive, self-motivated, and thrive when taking on new, ambiguous challenges.
Passion:  A genuine interest in entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem.
