Account Manager( Events)

Gurugram
Department: Client Servicing / Brand Solutions
Reporting To: Business Director / Account Director
Role Summary
The Account Manager (AM) at Trzy will lead a portfolio of key brand accounts across experiential marketing, events, and integrated brand solutions. This role is responsible for senior client relationships, account growth, team leadership, and end-to-end delivery excellence, ensuring projects are executed to Trzy’s creative and operational standards while maintaining strong commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Relationship Management
Own and manage a group of high-value brand accounts across events, activations, and integrated campaigns
Act as the senior escalation point for clients and internal teams
Build long-term, trusted relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and senior stakeholders
Lead client presentations, strategy discussions, and post-event reviews
Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
Team & Account Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage Account Managers and Client Servicing Managers
Guide teams on client communication, planning, and execution excellence
Ensure clear delegation, workload planning, and accountability
Conduct regular performance reviews and support team development
Strategic Planning & Execution
Translate client objectives into strong experiential and event solutions
Oversee planning, production coordination, and execution across multiple live and hybrid projects
Work closely with creative, production, operations, and vendor partners
Anticipate challenges and proactively manage risks on large-scale projects
Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met consistently
Commercial & Financial Management
Own account profitability and revenue targets for assigned account groups
Manage budgets, cost estimates, scope of work, and billing
Control scope creep and manage change requests effectively
Forecast revenues and ensure timely invoicing and collections
Business Growth & New Opportunities
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients
Support new business pitches, proposals, and credential presentations
Contribute to building Trzy’s reputation as a strategic brand partner
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of events, experiential marketing, and brand activations
Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven people-management and leadership capability
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Commercial mindset with budget and P&L awareness
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Qualifications & Experience
6–10 years of experience in client servicing / account management
Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership or team-management role
Experience with event agencies, experiential marketing, or integrated marketing agencies preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
Based in Mumbai or willing to work from Mumbai
