We at Interactive Avenues, are looking for a Senior Manager
- Account management who will be working for some of the most exciting and legacy brands. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, driving campaign effectiveness, and ensuring cross-functional coordination across internal teams.
This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational control, and people management, while working under the guidance of senior leadership.

Responsibilities:
If you come on board with us for this role, you will be responsible for:
Being the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Building and nurture long-term client relationships.
Driving client satisfaction through proactive communication and deploying innovative solutions
Understanding client business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
Mentoring and guiding junior team members, ensuring they are aligned on client objectives and execution excellence.
Leading regular client meetings, reviews, and performance discussions.
Overseeing end-to-end campaign execution across digital channels.
Oversee content calendars, campaign launches, and always-on social programs.
Ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks are met.
Coordinating with media, performance, creative, content, and analytics teams.
Proactively identifying and resolving delivery bottlenecks.
Identifying opportunities to strengthen account engagement and expand scope where relevant
Monitoring campaign performance and delivering actionable insights through detailed reports.

Maintains high client satisfaction and responsiveness
Demonstrates ownership of assigned accounts
Anticipates client needs and provide proactive solutions
Maintains strong internal team alignment
Contributes positively to team culture and performance
