Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of inside sales executives to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, conduct regular training, and implement coaching interventions.
Strategic Planning: Drive revenue growth by analyzing metrics and optimizing the sales pipeline.
Customer-First Focus: Ensure high customer satisfaction during the sales process.
Collaboration:
Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance funnel efficiency.
Process Management: Oversee end-to-end sales, including pitch, negotiation, and closure
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
4+ years' of sales (B2C) experience
2+ years of experience in handling team in a Edtech Company
Strong Leadership, Communication & Negotiation Skills
Ability to manage high - performing sales teams.
