We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Interior Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee commercial interior execution across our property portfolio in Gurgaon.
This is not a design studio role. We need someone who is on-site, accountable, and direct — a natural communicator who can manage contractors, hold people to timelines, and get things done to a high standard without hand-holding.

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing day-to-day execution of flooring, painting, lighting, and finishing works on a large-scale commercial site
Managing multiple contractor teams across shifts
Tracking materials, payments, and task progress with precision
Flagging issues early and solving them fast — not escalating everything upward
Coordinating vendors and suppliers, verifying BOQs and work quality
Maintaining clear daily/weekly reporting to management

What we're looking for:

2–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial interior fit-out or property development
Proven track record managing contractors on-site — not just drawing up plans
Straight talker: someone who gives honest updates, including when things aren't going well
Strong people skills — respected by contractors and trusted by management
Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and site sequencing
Hindi and English fluency essential
Based in or willing to commute to Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon
