Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager - Operations, located in Gurugram. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver seamless coordination across departments. Responsibilities include strategic planning, monitoring operational performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving efficiency. The role also involves overseeing budgeting processes, managing resources effectively, and implementing process improvements to drive organizational success.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in General Management and Operations Management
Strong skills in Customer Service and Team Management
Experience in Budgeting, financial planning, and cost management
Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees like an MBA are advantageous
Prior experience in the transportation, logistics, or infrastructure industry is a plus
