People & Culture Manager (Founder’s Office)

We are hiring a highly proactive People & Culture Manager who will work directly with the Founder and play a critical role in managing daily employee hygiene, team motivation, and overall workplace culture. This is not a conventional HR role — it is a strategic, hands-on position requiring strong ownership, maturity, and people influence.
Role Overview This role goes beyond traditional HR and admin. You will be responsible for ensuring discipline, motivation, culture alignment, and team efficiency while acting as a strategic partner to the Founder for people, growth, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Act as a People Manager, Culture Driver, and Daily Employee Hygiene Manager
Track attendance, discipline, and overall workplace conduct
Keep teams motivated, engaged, and aligned with company goals
Track quarterly and annual targets, team performance, and growth metrics
Communicate appraisals, increments, and enforce leave and company policies
Build healthy relationships with employees while ensuring effective monitoring and accountability
Maintain inventory and records of all IT/electronic equipment (laptops, phones, SIMs, etc.) allotted to employees
Support office administration activities on an ad-hoc basis
Assist the Founder with selective Executive Assistant responsibilities when required
Drive mature conversations, resolve conflicts, and influence team behavior positively
Suggest growth initiatives, training plans, and retention strategies
Prepare periodic reports on team performance, productivity, and yearly targets
Candidate Requirements Strong multitasking ability across People Management, Culture, and Admin functions
Excellent communication skills with strong professional presence
A people’s person who can balance empathy with discipline and monitoring
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Willing to go above and beyond and genuinely passionate about working with people
Ability to handle confidential matters and work closely with leadership
Prior experience in HR, People Operations, Founder’s Office, or similar roles preferred
Reporting Structure Direct reporting to the Founder
