About the Role
We’re looking for a Hub Spot CMS Developer who enjoys building seamless digital experiences and solving complex development challenges. If you have hands-on experience with Hub Spot CMS development, custom modules, and integrations, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain websites, landing pages, and email templates using Hub Spot CMS
Build custom themes, templates, and responsive modules using HubL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript within the Hub Spot Design Manager
Create and optimize Hub Spot email templates, programmable emails, and custom quote templates
Implement Hub Spot CRM workflows, automation, and integrations
Work with HubDB and dynamic content to build scalable CMS solutions
Develop and manage API integrations using Hub Spot private apps
Build serverless functions for secure server-side JavaScript operations
Implement customer portals via Service Hub, including role-based access, SSO/MFA, and CRM integrations
Ensure websites are optimized for SEO, performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Core Requirements
2–4 years of experience working with Hub Spot CMS development
Strong hands-on experience with HubL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and building responsive themes, templates, and custom modules in Hub Spot Design Manager
Experience developing website pages, landing pages, email templates, and programmable emails within Hub Spot
Good understanding of Hub Spot CRM implementations, workflows, automation, and Service Hub portals (including role-based access and integrations)
Hands-on experience with Hub Spot APIs, private apps, and third-party integrations
Experience working with HubDB, dynamic content, and serverless functions for secure backend operations
Strong front-end development skills, preferably with React or modern JavaScript frameworks
Ability to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and build scalable CMS solutions
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and good communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Shopify–Hub Spot integrations for syncing customer and sales data
Experience working with Webflow and Hub Spot form/data integrations
Exposure to Word Press or other CMS platforms
