Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced  Engineering Manager  with strong leadership and communication skills to manage large engineering teams and drive end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of  20–25+ developers , ensuring high performance and delivery excellence
Handle  high-pressure and conflict situations  effectively with maturity and clarity
Oversee  end-to-end SDLC , from requirement understanding to production deployment
Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with business objectives
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, QA, Architecture, Business)
Required Experience &

Skills:

11–16 years of overall experience  in software engineering and people management
Excellent  communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
Strong understanding of  SDLC processes and end-to-end delivery models
Hands-on coding background (programming language agnostic)
Comfortable appearing for  Codility assessment in any programming language
Proven experience managing  large engineering teams  in a fast-paced environment
