Developer & Team Lead – .NET Full Stack | Gurgaon

Hi All,
We are currently looking for an experienced  Developer & Team Lead – .NET Full Stack  to join our Gurgaon team at  Binary Semantics .

At Binary Semantics, we build scalable, API-first, cloud-native enterprise platforms that drive Digital Transformation across global markets. Our solutions span AI/ML, IoT, Insure Tech, Tax Tech, Logistics Automation, Analytics, and XaaS ecosystems across APAC, MENA, and North America.

We are seeking a hands-on technical leader who can drive architecture, scalability, and engineering excellence while mentoring a growing team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers

• Architect scalable, high-performance, low-latency systems

• Design and implement cloud-native solutions (AWS preferred)

• Drive Microservices-based architecture

• Ensure Dev Ops best practices (CI/CD, automation, deployments)

• Create High-Level Designs (HLDs) and contribute to technical roadmap decisions

• Deliver enterprise-grade SaaS products in an Agile environment

What We’re Looking For
✔ 3–7 years of IT experience (including 1–2 years in a Team Lead role)
✔ Strong expertise in AWS Cloud
✔ Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core

✔ Experience with Angular or ReactJS
✔ Strong knowledge of Web APIs
✔ Database expertise (MS SQL Server / Oracle / Mongo

DB)
✔ Experience working on Enterprise SaaS or product-based applications
✔ Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and Dev Ops practices
✔ Solid foundation in OOP, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns
