About the Role:
We are seeking an Audit Risk Analyst to be a key partner in ensuring risk management and operational resilience with n Division. While your core responsibility will be coordinating internal audits and driving closure of audit findings, this role goes beyond traditional audit work by working closely with IT on Disaster Recovery (ITDR) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) initiatives. You will act as the link between the division, IT, and auditors, ensuring both compliance and operational continuity are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage internal audit activities within the division, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
Monitor and report on audit issues, facilitating remediation with divisional stakeholders.
Partner with IT teams on ITDR planning, testing, and documentation to strengthen system recovery readiness.
Support BCM activities, including risk assessments, plan updates, and testing of critical processes.
Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting risks, findings, and progress for divisional management.
Serve as a single-point liaison between the division, IT, and auditors to ensure smooth execution of audit and continuity initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related discipline.
2-4 years of experience in internal audit, IT audit, risk management, or compliance.
Knowledge of audit frameworks, IT controls, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and drive timely results.
