Description:

Incedo is seeking a  Technical Product Owner  to lead the build and evolution of  QA Product  - an  Agentic AI–powered platform focused on transforming enterprise QA functions .
This role is ideal for a professional who brings  deep hands-on QA domain expertise , basic  product thinking , and the ability to work at the intersection of  AI, engineering, and enterprise delivery . The TPO will play a critical role in defining differentiated QA capabilities, guiding last-mile implementation, and ensuring QA delivers measurable outcomes for clients.
The role requires close collaboration with  AI engineers, QA COE teams, product managers, and client stakeholders , and will directly influence Incedo’s AI-led QA transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy, Ownership & QA Domain Expertise
Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
Analyze market trends, competitive products, and emerging AI/tech innovations to inform strategic direction, features, build vs buy decisions etc.
Collaborate with senior leadership within Incedo and own the product vision, roadmap, and feature definition for QA product.
Act as the QA domain authority across the following QA areas for QA COE and product improvements:
UI testing
Functional testing
Regression testing
API testing
Test optimization and self-healing capabilities
Translate enterprise QA challenges into clear, scalable, and differentiated product features
User-Centric Product Design & Differentiation
Think from the perspective of  QA engineers, test leads, and QA managers and  Design capabilities that materially improve:
Test creation and execution efficiency
Test maintenance effort
Regression cycle time and coverage
Overall Cost of Quality improvements and impact realization
Provide domain expertise to drive differentiation and intelligent failure analysis, and adaptive test behavior
AI Enablement & Cross-Functional Execution
Collaborate with  AI/ML, engineering, and QA platform teams  to:
Define Agentic AI use cases for QA
Shape agent workflows, autonomy levels, and human-in-the-loop interactions
Ensure AI-driven features are  practical, explainable, and enterprise-ready
Collaborate with leadership team  - BU leads, technical lead, AI team etc. to drive the GTM strategy and improvements in the roadmap
Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature prioritization

Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Act as a  credible product and QA expert  in discussions with:
Client QA leaders and engineering stakeholders
Internal leadership and delivery teams
Communicate product roadmap, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly
Incorporate structured client feedback into continuous product improvement

Skills and Qualifications
12-15+ years  of experience in  QA engineering, test automation, QA solution/platform development or SDLC solution development areas
Strong hands-on understanding of:
UI, functional, regression, and API testing approaches
Test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
Common QA challenges such as flakiness, test maintenance, and execution bottlenecks
Proven experience in  building or scaling QA solutions, frameworks, or platforms
Strong product mindset with the ability to balance  user needs, technical feasibility, and scalability
Comfort translating domain requirements into clear technical stories and acceptance criteria
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience working in Agile environments (JIRA, backlog management, sprints)
Exposure to AI-driven testing tools or self-healing frameworks
Prior experience with enterprise clients and multi-stakeholder environments
Comfort working with product metrics, quality KPIs, and adoption indicators
