To define and transform people processes across Employee lifecycle applications leading to a delightful and engaging user experience, thereby enhancing productivity of all stakeholders. This role will include aspects such as:
Design thinking, Re-engineering people processes, bringing in technology solutions and automation.
What will you do?
Define and design user journeys:
Collaborating with business owners to define process future state and excellence
Work with COEs and HRBPs:
Enhance User journeys for all stakeholders
Review existing processes and fine-tune them in line with user journey expectations and best practices
Define the business case / benefits for transformation
Work with Engineering squad to define process execution methodology for each step and stakeholder by leveraging technology
Understand manual interventions in current processes work towards defining clear roadmap of technology intervention to digitize these processes
Lead the definition/documentation of the to-be processes, tool requirements, data changes, business rules, metrics, and training enablement
Deliver exceptional user journey by leveraging technology within timelines and budget:
Direct each initiative through the full life-cycle, to include:
Design, Build, Testing, Training, Deployment, Cutover, Issue Resolution, Risk Mitigation, through to project closure.
'Works with IT team to draw out the project plan and product road map
Work with COE teams / HRBPs / IT team and Vendors to define the product specifications
Project manages the product development journey and ensures completion within timelines and budget
Works with COE teams / HRBPs to have test cases in place for testing during UAT stage
Undertakes UAT and ensures product readiness for SIT before product feature go-live
Enables self-service on all aspects of the process that have in-built notifications and reminders to reduce follow-up time of key resources
Work with Analytics team to ensures proper dashboards are in place to understand user adoption rate, problem areas and highlights
Use innovative ways to drive adoption and usage:
Work with Business and COE teams for change management, awareness and adoption
Prepare training content and ensure effective delivery to the users
Review and track usage, compliance to process and seek feedback for process re-engineering:
Ensures compliance adherence by various users and reviews deviations for corrections either in user journey or user mindset
Review & track the implemented user journey for delightful experience
Review against the business case and productivity improvements
Undertakes programs to gather feedback from end users on their experiences

Qualification &
Experience:
4-9 Years of relevant experience
