Summary:
We’re building a high-velocity D2C Content Engine, and scripts are at the heart of it.
We’re looking for someone who can turn product truths and consumer insights into sharp, scroll-stopping video scripts, the kind that grab attention in the first 3 seconds and drive action. This isn’t long-format storytelling. This is short-form, performance-led, conversion-focused writing built for Meta and digital platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Writing conversion-focused short-form scripts across Sale, NPD, and EPD campaigns
Developing multiple hook and angle variations for structured A/B testing
Translating consumer insights into simple, persuasive, direct-response messaging
Partnering with creators and editors to ensure scripts are platform-native and performance-optimized
Learning from performance data (CTR, Hook Rate, etc) and iterating quickly
Contributing to a high-volume creative pipeline with speed and consistency
What we're looking for:
2–5 years of experience in D2C/performance marketing content
Strong understanding of Meta and short-form video ecosystems
Comfort writing in direct-response style (clear problem–solution, objection handling, urgency)
Ability to produce quality work at pace
High ownership mindset, you care about results, not just output
