Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to convert MQLs into qualified meetings for our clients. This role focuses on engaging senior technology decision-makers, nurturing interest and booking high-quality meetings for global B2b tech companies.
You will play a critical role in bridging marketing and sales, ensuring that verified leads are effectively progressed into meaningful conversations.
Key Responsibilities
· Contact and engage technology decision makers via phone, email, and Linked In
· Qualify prospects further based on campaign objectives and client criteria / ICP
· Schedule and confirm meetings between prospects and client
· Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
· Follow up consistently to maximise meeting conversion rates
· Handle objections professionally and nurture prospects where required
· Meet and exceed monthly meeting booking targets
· Work closely with internal campaign, content, and delivery teams
Required Skills & Experience
· 3–4 years of B2B sales, inside sales, or demand generation experience
· Excellent command of the English language
· Proven experience in converting sales calls into booked meetings
· Outstanding phone presence and professional communication skills
· Experience engaging senior IT / technology decision-makers preferred
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
· Familiarity with CRM systems and Email Marketing Tools
· Highly organised, target-driven, and self-motivated
Preferred Background
· Experience in telesales/telemarketing in B2B technology, SaaS, or media sales
· Experience working with international markets (US, UK, EMEA)
