About the Role
We are looking for a Platform Engineer with 3+ years of experience who will play a critical role in scaling and strengthening AiSensy’s core infrastructure. You will work on cloud architecture, automation, performance optimization, and system reliability to ensure our MERN-based platform remains secure, highly available, and efficient as we grow.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems, prioritizes automation, and enjoys
solving complex scalability challenges in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Scalability

● Design and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS

● Optimize system performance, availability, and fault tolerance

● Improve API reliability, database efficiency, and caching strategies

● Architect infrastructure to support distributed and high-throughput systems

Dev Ops & Automation

● Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth and reliable deployments

● Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Cloud Formation preferred)

● Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes

● Automate environment provisioning and deployment workflows

Cloud & Reliability Engineering

● Work extensively with AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, and
Cloud Front

● Configure load balancing, auto-scaling, and caching layers (Redis)

● Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Cloud Watch, Prometheus,
Grafana, etc.)

● Lead troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis

Security & Best Practices

● Implement infrastructure security best practices

● Manage IAM roles, access controls, and secrets management

● Improve system resilience and disaster recovery readiness

Tech Stack

● Frontend:
React.js

● Backend:
Node.js (Express)

● Cloud: AWS

● Dev Ops Tools:
Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

● Caching & Messaging:
Redis, SQS/Kafka (preferred)

Required Qualifications

● 3+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Dev Ops, or SRE roles

● Strong hands-on experience with AWS

● Experience managing production-grade applications

● Hands-on experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines

● Strong understanding of system design, networking, and cloud security

● Experience supporting and scaling SaaS products

Good to Have

● Experience with microservices architecture

● Exposure to high-traffic or distributed systems

● Cost optimization experience in cloud environments

● Familiarity with Git Ops workflows
