What is Digiaccel Learning?
Digiaccel Learning is an education company for professionals to upskill on in- demand digital skills. Founded by ex HUL leaders in 2022, Digiaccel is building a system for working professionals to learn skills that help accelerate their careers through various outcomes – career transitions, getting promoted or doing better at work.
In almost 4 years, the company has over 6000+ paying learners and is well on its 1 to 10 journeys. We have also setup our own institute in Cybercity, Gurugram to help students land their dream careers in eCommerce, Brand, and Product roles with the help of our industry-backed education.
Where would you fit?
Digiaccel is looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX Designer) to lead the design thinking for various touchpoints for Digiaccel. These would include our entire web presence as well as all our learning products. The person would work closely with the founders on thinking and strategy, and with the product and engineering team to bring the design to life. He/She will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
The person will have end-to-end ownership of the UI to enhance the user experience and deliver delight at each touchpoint.
What you will be responsible for?
• Work closely with the product team to define design thinking for Digiaccel
• Ownership of all things design – website, learner experience on different products
• Create a design system for all Digiaccel products to deliver a consistent experience and speed up development cycles as well
• Collaborate with other design team members for consistent communication
• Drive a user-centric design approach with rapid testing and iterative prototyping
• Working with the engineering team to ensure immaculate execution of ideas
• Establish systems to monitor platform behavior and register user feedback to constantly enhance learner experience
Skills and Experience
• Formal degree in design from a reputed institute preferably with a specialization in Interaction Design or Visual Communication
• 2-4 years of experience in design and proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Previous experience of working in a design role for a product-led company
• Have an exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong product and visual design sensibilities and experience in creating concepts, customer journeys from scratch
• Excellence at communicating design decisions and justifying them to peers and stakeholders
• A track record of working with teams to deliver quality software products for web and mobile platforms
• Intellectual honesty, passion for excellence and ability to collaborate
About the Company
Digiaccel Learning is an edtech company aimed at solving for digital skilling in India. As technology evolves, the skills required by the job market are very different from the traditional skills that the formal education system in India prepares students for. These new age careers like digital marketing, eCommerce, data science, UI/ UX are not facilitated by traditional education institutes and need an alternate pathway of upskilling and placement.
Digiaccel aims to facilitate this pathway for graduating students and working professionals looking to shift to digital careers.

It is application based and intended to give learners hands on experience to real work problems and situations.
