Role
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors professional to lead and support payroll implementation and ongoing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading SF ECP implementation including end-to-end payroll solution design, configuration, integration, testing and post go-live support. You will be working closely with HR teams to gather requirements and ensuring solution developed is in compliance with local statutory and organizational payroll requirement.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Work with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Success Factors configurations.
Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity, perform data loads/migrations, and support interfaces with third-party systems.
Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution post-go-live.
Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and parallel payroll runs.
Collaboration with other tech teams as and when required.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in SAP Payroll, with hands-on Success Factors ECP experience
Certification in Success Factors ECP preferred.
Experience with Time Tracking / time management.
Experience with payroll control center (PCC) - Experience in integration with third-party systems.
Knowledge of MENA payroll. SEA payroll understanding will be added advantage
Familiarity with SAP CPI is added advantage.
Experience in handling data replication between EC and ECP
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
