Senior Media Planning (Offline Media Heavy)
15+ years of experience
CTC:
Up to 50 - 55 LPA (depending on current CTC)
Must have worked on MMM (Market Mix Modeling), Consumer Research & Audience Measurement
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Media Leadership
• Lead end-to-end integrated media planning and strategy across traditional, digital and emerging platforms.
• Develop data-driven, insight-led media plans aligned with client business objectives.
• Drive innovation and effectiveness in media planning and investment decisions.
• Champion integrated thinking across channels including TV, Print, Radio, Digital, OOH.
• Drive and lead new client pitches end-to-end, including strategy and final presentations. Client Leadership
• Serve as a senior strategic partner to key clients and stakeholders.
• Own and grow senior client relationships across the portfolio.
• Lead business reviews, annual planning cycles, and strategic presentations.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Portfolio & Team Management
• Manage a large integrated client portfolio with P&L or revenue responsibility.
• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing media planning teams.
• Ensure planning excellence, process adherence, and quality of output across teams.
• Collaborate with specialist units (Digital, Data, Performance, Content, Buying, Analytics). Business Growth & Collaboration
• Support new business pitches and contribute to agency growth initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive adoption of tools, research, and measurement frameworks.
• Represent the agency in senior client and industry forums where required.
Required Skills & Experience
• 15+ years of experience in media planning and strategy within media agencies.
• Strong experience handling integrated media portfolios and large clients.
• Demonstrated success in senior client leadership and stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of both traditional and digital media ecosystems.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial acumen.
• Proven people leadership and team development experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in integrated, data-led, and ROI-driven planning frameworks.
