About the Role:

- Hexa Health  is looking for an  Consultant – Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing)  to support our growth initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to paid campaigns, data-driven marketing, and healthcare-focused digital growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation.
Conduct audience research, targeting strategy, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Leads) and prepare performance reports.
Support implementation and monitoring of Meta Pixel, event tracking, and Conversion API (CAPI) for accurate attribution.
Coordinate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of Meta Pixel setup, event tracking, and Conversion API (CAPI).
Familiarity with key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS).
Proactive, eager to learn, and performance-oriented.
