Role Overview  We are hiring a  Senior AI | GenAI Engineer  to architect and deploy advanced AI systems powered by:
Claude & modern LLM ecosystems
MCP (Model Context Protocol)
Multi-agent orchestration
Voice + multilingual AI
Predictive & recommendation systems
Real-time routing & decision intelligence
This is a core architecture role — ideal for someone who thinks in systems, not just prompts.

What You’ll Work On   Designing intelligent multi-agent systems
Building structured MCP-driven context architectures
Developing predictive allocation & recommendation engines
Creating adaptive routing & decision systems
Deploying multilingual conversational AI (text + voice)
Implementing AI-based performance assessment frameworks
Developing multimodal AI systems (text, image, video, audio)
Building AI moderation & safety systems

Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Agentic AI & MCP Architecture  Design multi-agent workflows with memory, tools, and orchestration
Implement structured context handling using MCP
Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and live data signals
Build reasoning-driven AI systems for dynamic environments
2️⃣ Prediction, Recommendation & Allocation Systems  Develop intelligent matching and ranking engines
Build recommendation systems using profile, history, and behavioral signals
Design predictive models for demand and allocation optimization
Implement adaptive decision-support systems
3️⃣ Real-Time Routing & Contextual Intelligence  Build AI systems that analyze:
Traffic
Weather
Density/crowd signals
Schedule constraints
Optimize sequencing and routing dynamically
Improve end-user experience via adaptive planning models
4️⃣ Voice AI & Indian Language Intelligence  Build multilingual conversational systems
Implement STT & TTS pipelines
Ensure contextual fluency across major Indian languages
Design voice-first interaction models
5️⃣ AI-Based Assessment & Performance Intelligence  Build AI-driven evaluation and scoring systems
Develop profile intelligence & feedback-loop learning
Implement performance analytics frameworks
6️⃣ Multimodal AI & Safety Systems  Develop pipelines for:
Text generation
Audio intelligence
Image & video understanding
Implement AI-based moderation systems
Detect unsafe, inappropriate, or misleading content

Technical Requirements Must-Have:  Strong hands-on experience with Claude (Anthropic ecosystem preferred)
Deep understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol)
Experience building multi-agent AI systems
Advanced Python skills

Experience with :
RAG architectures
Vector databases
Embeddings
Tool-augmented agents
Experience in:
Recommendation systems
Predictive modeling
Optimization algorithms
Experience deploying production-scale AI systems
Strong Plus:  Voice AI systems (STT/TTS)
Indian language NLP
Geo-spatial or routing intelligence systems
Real-time data integration
Marketplace allocation engines
Computer vision pipelines
Cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)
