Mandatory:  AWS Open search Migration experience is Non negotiable

3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in  AWS Open Search Migration  from On-prem  ELK
Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) with AWS
hands on with creation and automation  of indexes, visuals, dashboards & allerts
3-6 years of experience with Linux
Strong Experience in  Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana,
Strong Experience in  Open Search, Fluent Bit, OTEL collector
Hands-on experience with migrations to Open Search
Experience working within the GIT Flow model
Experience dealing and working within the Change Management Process odel
Strong Experience in Migration and creation of Alerting and dashboards (ELk, Open Search)
Expertise in log management, Grok patterns, ILM policies, and Query DSL

Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda
Strong understanding of  IAM, VPC, and cloud security best practices
CI/CD pipeline development using Git Hub Actions
Proven leadership in large-scale infrastructure migrations
Strong communication and cross‑team collaboration abilities
Ability to work in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.

Good to have :

- Experience working with  Nginx  for reverse proxying, load balancing, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of  Web Logic  administration, deployment automation, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with  SOA  concepts, integration patterns, and legacy service modernization.
Working knowledge of Oracle  Database  performance tuning, query optimization, and availability best practices.
Understanding of  networking  fundamentals, including DNS, routing, firewalls, and load balancers
