Required Qualifications
Education
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance / Operations) / Engineering Graduate or equivalent qualification
Preferred Certifications
SAP S/4

HANA Certification (Any Core Module)
PMP / SAP Activate / PRINCE2

Key Responsibilities
Manage SAP S/4

HANA Greenfield project lifecycle from blueprint to go-live and hypercare
Coordinate across functional, technical, and BASIS teams to ensure cross-module integration
Define project plan, milestones, dependencies, and track progress against timelines
Control scope, change requests, risks, and issues through structured governance
Drive business process standardization across finance, procurement, sales, manufacturing, and warehousing
Oversee RICEFW planning, development tracking, and quality sign-offs
Coordinate UAT, cutover activities, data migration validation, and go-live readiness
Ensure statutory and compliance readiness (GST, e-Invoicing, audit requirements)
Track vendor performance, deliverables, and resource utilization
Provide regular project status updates to management and steering committee

Technical & Functional Expertise
Strong understanding of SAP S/4

HANA architecture and end-to-end business processes
Proven experience managing SAP Greenfield implementations across multiple modules
Hands-on exposure to integration across FI, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and third-party systems
Knowledge of data migration approach, cutover strategy, and SAP best practices

Soft Skills
Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multi-vendor and cross-functional teams
Practical, hands-on project governance mindset
Comfortable working with senior management and plant leadership
