Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Engineer – Machine Learning to design and deliver next-generation AI solutions powering digital customer experience platforms. This role blends deep ML expertise with product thinking, enabling you to work on cutting-edge technologies while contributing to scalable, real-world systems.
You will collaborate with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and product teams to build innovative solutions across multiple AI disciplines and translate research into impactful production systems.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Learning Development
Work collaboratively with ML engineers and data scientists on advanced AI solutions.
Build systems across ML domains including deep learning, reinforcement learning, computer vision, NLP, speech processing , and more.
Identify and implement real-world applications of cutting-edge research into production-ready solutions.
Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality systems in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Architecture & Product Collaboration
Partner closely with product and design teams to define project scope, priorities, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with ML leadership to design and implement technology and architectural strategies.
Contribute to technical roadmaps, planning milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and delivery execution.
Innovation & Continuous Learning
Stay current with emerging trends, frameworks, and innovations in AI and data science.
Continuously improve workflows by integrating new tools, methods, and technologies.
Mandatory Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field .
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning with a strong technical track record.
Familiarity with cloud deployment technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes .
Experience working with large language models (GPT, BERT, Transformers, etc.) and frameworks like Tensor Flow or PyTorch .
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices:
Coding standards
Code reviews
Source control
CI/CD
Testing and deployment
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience managing or mentoring ML engineers or data scientists.
Exposure to Multimodal AI and Generative AI systems .
Strong curiosity about AI’s real-world impact and ethical considerations.
Genuine passion for building AI-driven products.
