Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Communicate effectively with onshore clients and maintain strong client relationships.

Utilize project management tools such as MS Project or Service Now for planning and tracking.

Ensure compliance with IT infrastructure standards and SDLC processes.

Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

Mandatory Skills

Description:

5+ years of experience in IT project management, in healthcare.

PMP is mandatory

Prior experience in managing medium to large-scale projects, particularly those involving IT infrastructure and the healthcare domain (clinical).

Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Excellent communication skills with prior experience working with onshore clients.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Service Now).

Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and SDLC.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under pressure.

Nice-to-Have Skills
