About the Role

We are a leading Managed Office Space provider looking for a specialized IT Sales Manager. Unlike traditional IT sales, this role sits at the intersection of real estate and technology. We provide our workspace clients with end-to-end IT infrastructure—from bandwidth and firewalls to user-end devices and AV setups.

We are looking for a candidate who has proven experience selling this exact portfolio of products and services. You will be responsible for pitching and selling our comprehensive IT offerings to both existing workspace tenants and new prospective clients, ensuring they have the technical infrastructure to plug and play from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Sales:
Act as the technical advisor to clients moving into our managed spaces, understanding their IT infrastructure needs and mapping them to our service catalogue.

• Revenue Generation:
Drive revenue by selling the full stack of IT offerings, including Internet Leased Lines (ILL), Network Hardware, AV solutions, and End-User computing devices.

• Portfolio Management: actively promote and sell solutions across the following four key pillars: o Connectivity:
Internet Bandwidth (ILL, Corporate Broadband) involving ISPs like Tata, Airtel, and Prime Net. o Network

Infrastructure: Firewalls (Sophos, Forti Gate), Switches/APs (Aruba, Cisco, Meraki), and Cabling/Racking. o End-User Computing:
Laptops/Desktops (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple), Monitors, and peripherals. o AV & Conferencing: VC devices (Logitech, Poly), TVs, and Projectors.

• Vendor & Partner Liaison:
Work with OEM partners (e.g., HP, Dell, Cisco, Apple) to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery for client orders.

• Solution Design:
Collaborate with the internal technical team to create Bill of Materials (BOQ) and commercial proposals that align with the client’s technical requirements and budget.

Candidate Requirements

• Sales Background: 5+ years of experience in B2B IT Hardware Sales, System Integration (SI) Sales, or IT Infrastructure Sales.

• Managed Services Awareness:
Experience selling IT solutions within a Real Estate, Coworking, or Facility Management environment is an added advantage
