Job Summary
Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Pega Testing within the BPMPega domain to ensure high quality delivery of Pega applications
Job Description
Perform comprehensive testing of Pega applications including functional regression integration and system testing Develop and execute detailed test cases test scripts and test plans based on business requirements Validate Pega workflows case management and user interface components to ensure adherence to specifications Collaborate with development teams to understand Pega configurations and system design for effective test coverage Identify document and track defects using defect management tools and work closely with developers for resolution Conduct API testing and validate integration points such as REST and SOAP services within Pega applications Utilize debugging techniques and logs analysis to troubleshoot and verify defect fixes Participate in performance testing and support performance tuning activities related to Pega applications Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead testing efforts for Pega projects ensuring timely and quality deliverables Collaborate with cross functional teams including business analysts developers and system architects Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency Review requirement documents and provide feedback to improve testability and clarity Mentor junior testing team members and share knowledge on Pega testing methodologies Proactively identify risks and issues related to testing and propose mitigation plans Participate actively in project meetings providing status updates and contributing to solution discussions Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases defects and testing outcomes Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and tools within the Pega BPM context
