SEO Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute SEO strategies, improve organic search performance, drive website traffic, and enhance online visibility. They will oversee content optimization, analyze performance metrics, and ensure SEO best practices across all digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement SEO strategies for multiple client accounts to improve search rankings and visibility.
● Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities across websites, digital campaigns, and
content platforms.
● Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search
Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush.
● Collaborate with content, creative, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are
applied.
● Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to strengthen client SEO performance.
● Mentor and guide junior SEO executives, ensuring high-quality output and consistent execution.
● Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates, trends, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
● 4–8years of SEO or digital marketing experience, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
● Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs).
● Experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO for multiple client accounts.
● Familiarity with CMS platforms (Word Press) and basic HTML/CSS.
● Proven ability to develop SEO strategies that drive traffic and improve rankings.
● Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
● Experience mentoring or managing junior SEO team members.
