At Globeia, UX designers work at the intersection of user-centered design and complex compliance workflows. Your work will help users navigate sensitive, high-stakes processes smoothly, turning complex services into intuitive, reliable, and reassuring digital experiences.
About the Role
We are seeking a high-ownership UX Designer with 4–5+ years of experience to lead user experience design across Globeia’s product suite and marketing platforms. This is not just a visual role – you will translate Globeia’s complex global services, regulatory processes, and compliance workflows into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy interfaces.
You will own the UX end-to-end, from research and wire framing to prototyping, high-fidelity design, and handoff, for both core product dashboards and marketing touchpoints. While collaboration with product, marketing, and growth teams is essential, you are expected to take initiative, drive projects independently, and make strategic UX decisions.
What You’ll Do
Design end-to-end UX for dashboards, workflow-based tools, and marketing experiences
Simplify complex, multi-step compliance workflows into intuitive user journeys
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs (web & mobile)
Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design solutions
Build and maintain scalable design systems and UX standards
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
Continuously iterate based on feedback, analytics, and usability metrics
What We’re Looking For
Required
4–5+ years of experience designing complex web apps, SaaS, or workflow-heavy products
Expert proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping)
Strong understanding of UX principles, IA, and interaction design
Experience with user research, testing, and data-driven design decisions
Mobile-first, responsive design experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of UX outcomes
Preferred
Experience with dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, or regulated industries
Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise products
Knowledge of design systems (Material, Apple HIG, Carbon)
Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions
