Who we are:
Our sales team is pivotal to driving growth and establishing a competitive edge in the market. By effectively managing client relationships, understanding technological solutions, and adapting to market dynamics, the sales team can significantly contribute to the company’s success. This team plays a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding market share in the competitive wireless industry.
What you work:
- Lead end-to-end account management including account planning, opportunity identification, bid management, tendering, and positioning of Tejas Networks’ solutions.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities across government programs, mission-mode projects, and ICT modernization initiatives.
- Present and position Tejas Networks’ wireline and wireless solutions with compelling value propositions.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with partners, consultants, PSUs, and defence accounts to drive long-term growth.
- Navigate public sector procurement processes (GeM, RFPs, EoIs, Rate Contracts) with compliance and maximize win probability.
- Ensure revenue goals and timely collections, aligning targets with project deliverables.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery, and support teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders, aligning Tejas Networks’ solutions with national priorities such as Digital India, Smart Cities, Defence modernization, and secure communications.
- Monitor competitive activity, policy changes, and emerging technology trends to proactively position Tejas Networks.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on pipeline, progress, and market developments.
