Role Highlights:
- First point of contact for client queries & issue resolution.
- Provide tech/product support and ensure seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with product & tech teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Educate clients on product features & best practices.
- Track & document client interactions and feedback for improvements.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in client/tech support and (preferably product/fintech).
- Strong understanding of product-based company workflows.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written).
- Tech-savvy, problem-solver, with startup enthusiasm.
