As we expand our Gurgaon-based operations, we are looking for hospitality-trained professionals from Hotel Management / Aviation / Cabin Crew backgrounds who bring a service-first mindset, strong grooming standards, and structured execution capabilities.
Role Overview
This is a hospitality-driven service role focused on delivering seamless day-to-day lifestyle support, guest experience coordination, residence front-of-house management, travel assistance, and service supervision for senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate comes from a hotel operations, guest relations, concierge, butler service, or cabin crew environment , is polished, proactive, calm under pressure, and capable of managing multiple service touchpoints with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Experience & Front-of-House Management
Welcoming and hosting guests with professional hospitality etiquette
Managing residence front desk / reception-style coordination
Handling guest comfort, service requests, and overall experience standards
Coordinating private gatherings, formal dinners, and hosted experiences
Maintaining presentation standards of service areas and guest spaces
2. Butler-Style Personalised Service
End-to-end travel assistance (flight coordination, hotel stays, airport facilitation)
Wardrobe assistance, packing / unpacking coordination, and readiness support
Managing daily lifestyle schedules with a hospitality service mindset
Handling reservations, bookings, and concierge-level requests
Ensuring smooth day flow and anticipatory service delivery
3. Residence Operations & Service Supervision
Supervising housekeeping, service staff, and daily upkeep standards
Ensuring hygiene, grooming, and service protocol compliance
Coordinating maintenance teams and service vendors with quality checks
Managing inventory of hospitality supplies and guest amenities
Monitoring service readiness for events, stays, and special occasions
4. Concierge & Lifestyle Coordination
Restaurant, club, and event reservations
Spa, salon, wellness, and appointment coordination
Experience planning for celebrations, social evenings, and hosted visits
Airport meet-and-assist and travel comfort arrangements
Handling last-minute service requirements with composure
5. Service Standards & Process Discipline
Implementing structured service routines and checklists
Maintaining service logs, guest preferences, and coordination trackers
Using digital tools for scheduling and reporting
Ensuring confidentiality, discretion, and professional boundaries
Upholding premium grooming, etiquette, and communication standards
Candidate Profile Required
1–4 years experience in: Hotel Operations, Guest Relations, Butler Service, Front Office, Cabin Crew, Concierge, Luxury Service Roles
Hotel Management / Aviation / Hospitality educational background preferred
Based in Gurgaon (or willing to relocate)
Strong spoken English and polished interpersonal communication
High grooming standards and professional service presence
Comfortable using digital scheduling and coordination tools
High integrity, discretion, and service orientation
(Strictly hospitality / aviation service background preferred. Corporate executive assistant profiles will not be considered.)
Preferred
Experience handling HNI guests / luxury residences / premium service environments
Exposure to luxury hotels, private aviation, fine dining service, or concierge desks
Strong situational judgement and problem-solving ability
Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive service
Flexibility with work hours based on service schedules
