Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant with an MD in Sports Medicine or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in independently managing an orthopaedic outpatient practice, conducting comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, and guiding patients through appropriate treatment pathways.

Requirements:

Education:

MD in Sports Medicine OR Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

Experience:

2-5 years of post-MD clinical experience

Key Responsibilities:

1) Independent Orthopaedic OPD Management:

- Conduct thorough orthopaedic assessments, including structural, functional, and device-led evaluations.
- Demonstrate strong clinical acumen and decision-making skills in diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal conditions.

2) Patient Evaluation & Referral Pathways:

- Identify and independently manage patients requiring conservative therapies.
- Effectively shortlist and refer patients for specialist evaluation (regenerative medicine & surgical interventions) when necessary.
