Marketing for referral labs

About the Role:
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue from diagnostics, pathology, radiology, and referral laboratory services.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new referral tie-ups with doctors, clinics, nursing homes, IVF centres, corporates, and health institutions.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing referral doctors and partners through regular visits and follow-ups.
Promote hospital diagnostic services including pathology, radiology, imaging, health packages, and specialized tests.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for diagnostic and referral business.
Conduct field marketing activities, doctor meetings, health talks, CMEs, and promotional events.
Coordinate with internal teams (lab, radiology, front office, billing) to ensure smooth referral handling and timely reporting.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to recommend growth strategies.
Ensure proper branding and visibility of diagnostic services through brochures, standees, digital campaigns, and hospital collaterals.
Track and maintain MIS reports on leads, conversions, revenue, and referral performance.
Address client and doctor concerns related to turnaround time (TAT), quality, and service delivery.
Support corporate and insurance tie-ups related to diagnostics and preventive health check-ups.
Ensure ethical marketing practices and compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Healthcare,
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years in marketing (preferably in the healthcare/hospital industry).
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management.
Must have a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively across Haryana.
